Privacy Policy

We collect what you type into our form and nothing else. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and does not track you across the web. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Emergent Environmental LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Humble, Texas. We prepare and file recurring Railroad Commission of Texas reports on behalf of oil and gas operators. You can reach us at info@emergentenvironmental.com or (713) 367-1596. This policy covers emergentenvironmental.com.

What we collect

One place on this site collects personal information: the review request form. It asks for your name, your company, your email address, and optionally your phone number, your RRC P-5 operator number, and a message. Name, company and email are required because we cannot run a review or reply without them. Everything else is optional and the form works without it.

The form also records where you arrived from, if you followed a link carrying a campaign tag. That is stored as a short text label such as site:cold-email alongside your submission.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identification numbers, or any category of sensitive personal data.

What we do not do

  • We run no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag, and no other measurement or advertising script on this site.
  • This site sets no cookies of its own.
  • We do not track you across other websites, and we do not build a profile of you.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • Our web fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page here does not tell a font provider that you visited.

What your browser stores

We use two entries in your browser's session storage. Both are first-party, both are cleared automatically when you close the tab, and neither is a cookie.

  • ee-entered records that you have already seen the site's opening animation, so it does not replay while you browse.
  • ee-attrib holds the campaign tag from the link you arrived on, so that if you submit the form we know which campaign it came from.

See our Cookie Policy for the full picture, including why this site does not show a cookie banner.

Who else receives it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

  • Supabase hosts the database where form submissions are stored, on servers in the United States.
  • Resend delivers the notification we receive and the confirmation you receive.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile provides the anti-spam check on the form. It receives your IP address and browser details in order to work. It loads only once you begin interacting with the form, so if you never use the form it is never contacted.
  • Netlify hosts and serves this website, which involves handling your IP address as part of delivering pages to you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not give your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep a review request for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and afterwards as a record of what we were asked and what we sent. We would rather describe this honestly than publish a fixed number we do not currently enforce automatically.

If you would like your information removed sooner, tell us and we will delete it. That is a real capability, not a promise on paper: we can remove your record on request.

Business contact information we hold

Separately from this website, we maintain a list of oil and gas operators built from public records published by the Railroad Commission of Texas, including organization names, business phone numbers, and the names and titles of officers as filed with the Commission. This is business contact information from public government files, and it may include your details even if you have never contacted us.

If you do not want us to contact you, reply to any email from us, or call or email us using the details above, and we will stop. Ask us to delete your record and we will do that too.

Your choices

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@emergentenvironmental.com and we will handle it. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We extend the choices above to everyone rather than checking your address first.

How it is protected

Form submissions are written to the database by our server. Your browser never holds a database key, and no public part of this website can read stored submissions. The database enforces row level security with no public access policies, so the data is reachable only by our server-side credentials. The internal console we use to work through inquiries requires a login.

No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not make a change quietly and backdate it.
